At this time a menu from the Alla card menu is prepared for you. Our selection is made up of traditional Italian and Mediterranean dishes. We regularly select and add a menu offering seasonal specialties. We are constantly improving our dining and wine list, so here you can get it as informative.
We offer hotel guests a three-course hotel menu in the evening. The evening hotel menu includes seasonal soup, a choice of two main dishes and a dessert. We can prepare dietary meals of different kinds on request.
Drinks, apart from classic non-alcoholic beverages, contain spring and carbonated BERG water. Popular homemade seasonal lemonades and our own ice tea are prepared right in front of you. At the bar you can taste the menu: Whisky, Brandy & Cognac, Gin, Vodka, Likér, Teqiuila, Rum.
We have 13,000 bottles of Moravian, Italian, French winemakers. The wines we offer are carefully selected, offering a unique and extraordinary selection of fine wines. We also offer a selection from our archive, where 200 French red wines and archive portic wines are selected in the years from 1960 to 1983.
