We adhere to the principle of having a maximum of one dog per floor and a dog weighing up to 10 kg.

Stay with Dogs

  • NOT BOOKABLE through Booking, Expedia, HRS, Agoda, Hotel.cz… etc.
  • The reason is the inconsistency of possible settings in booking systems (Booking, Expedia, HRS, Agoda, Ostrovok, Previo…) in determining the limit of dogs allowed in a given period at the hotel, according to our rules and size.
  • We respect the rule that there should be only one dog per floor, thus reservations can only be made directly at the reception. It is a requirement to reserve through the HOTEL BERG reception and confirm the pet via email in the reservation. Therefore, upon request and confirmation.
  • Only well-behaved adult dogs up to a maximum weight of 10 kg.
  • Approval of a pet for accommodation is mandatory before your binding reservation. If you fail to inform us about it, you will not be accommodated, and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee from the accommodation price with no entitlement to compensation, reimbursement, or change of date.
  • The price for your pet at Hotel BERG is a surcharge of 450,- CZK (approx. €25,-) /night (without food), and they will be warmly welcomed based on availability.
  • Upon the end of your stay, an additional fee for final room cleaning in the amount of 1000,- CZK (approx. €40,-) will be charged.

Hotel Room and Dog
We kindly ask for your understanding that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets, etc., caused by your dog must be compensated. The dog should not move in the bed area, on upholstered sofas, or furniture. The dog may be accommodated, provided that it does not disturb other guests during your stay by whining, barking, or any other expressions. If you leave your well-behaved dog in the room, please use the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign. So none of our staff will enter the room. (Cleaning will not be performed if your dog is alone in the room). Upon the end of your stay, it is in your interest to check the room and inventory in your presence.

Leash Policy
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel area to prevent disputes with other dogs and to avoid disturbing other guests in the house. We ask for your understanding to keep dogs on a leash and not leave them unattended. Our premises start right at the hotel, where there is a large forest park ideal for walking and exercising dogs. Your four-legged friend can run and play here. In general, we ask you to ensure cleanliness in the hotel area and immediately remove any contamination.

Restaurant Areas
Pets are not allowed in the hotel SPA or restaurants for hygienic reasons – thank you for your understanding. Please note that it is necessary to keep pets on a leash inside the building.
